:: ABOUT ME ::
My name is Anissa and Barkside is the concierge pet care company I have created as a way to provide personalized, professional service to people and their pets. Prior to founding Barkside in 2012, I spent nearly 8 years holding positions of increasing responsibility at The San Francisco SPCA Shelter & Adoptions center, VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialist, Bark to Basics Dog Day Care, and San Francisco's Animal Care & Control. Over the past 20+ years, I have volunteered and fostered homeless pets for various animal rescue groups including: Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, Grateful Dogs Rescue, Hopalong & Second Chance Animal Rescue, Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue, and Save a Bunny providing optimal support to animals and their people. |
